1. General Policy
Shop with confidence — Fitcustomizer Oy offers a transparent 30-day return policy in full compliance with EU consumer rights. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@fitcustomizer.com. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that Fitcustomizer Oy partners with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service, for production and order fulfillment. Printful is responsible for printing, packaging, and shipping orders on our behalf. However, all return and refund requests must be submitted directly to Fitcustomizer Oy, not to Printful.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom jerseys, shirts, or apparel)
• Sale items or gift cards
• Perishable or hazardous materials
Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, returns for reasons other than defects or errors are not accepted for personalized items.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item according to this policy and place a new order once your return is approved.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
