1. Fulfillment and Production

Fitcustomizer Oy partners with Printful, a trusted third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment provider, to produce and ship all orders.

Each product is made to order — designed by Fitcustomizer Oy and fulfilled by Printful. Once an order is placed, Printful manages the printing, packaging, and shipping process directly from their nearest fulfillment center to the customer.

2. Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: Orders typically require 5–7 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Domestic Shipping (within the EU): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15–27 business days, depending on destination, local postal services, and customs clearance.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. In rare cases of delay, we’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, region, and product weight.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping:

Fitcustomizer Oy offers free shipping on orders over €300.

Additional free shipping promotions may be offered periodically at our discretion.

4. Delivery Regions

We currently ship to all EU countries and most international destinations supported by our fulfillment partners.

If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@fitcustomizer.com before placing your order.

5. Carrier Selection

Shipping providers are automatically selected by Printful based on delivery destination, service availability, and performance.

Fitcustomizer Oy does not manually alter or select the carrier once your order has been placed.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays or costs related to customs clearance or import procedures.

7. Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Fitcustomizer Oy and Printful are not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage that occur after the carrier has taken possession of the package.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact support@fitcustomizer.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with Printful and the shipping provider.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
